For those that do not know The Secret Chocolatier is a family run chocolatier company in Charlotte, North Carolina. They make artisanal chocolate treats for all occasions. What sets them apart from the mainstream chocolate culture is their dedication to keeping it as natural and as fresh as possible. By practicing this way they create a beautiful decadent chocolates unlike others.
Very soft ganache centered truffles, smooth chocolate buttercream cakes, fudge and caramel sauces to die for.
