Tea for Programmers

Hello, and welcome to Objective-Tea. Objective-Tea sells tea specifically aimed at programmers, who as a whole are massive consumers of energy drinks, sodas, and coffee. We hope to convert a few of them to a better alternative: objective-tea.

Hello, and welcome to Objective-Tea. Objective-Tea sells tea specifically aimed at programmers, who as a whole are massive consumers of energy drinks, sodas, and coffee. We hope to convert a few of them to a better alternative: objective-tea. But for you non-programmers who have found your way here, don’t fret! Tea isn’t only for people who like syntax coloring and monospaced fonts—the same benefits they reap you could too (programmers are people too!). Objective-Tea only sells high-quality, loose-leaf tea. This is because the tea one often finds in tea bags (think lipton) is some of the lowest quality tea. Most tea bags are actually filled with ‘fannings’, basically the broken tea leaves from the bottom of the barrell.Fannings are broken tea leaves, also referred to as ‘Tea Dust’. Do you want to drink ‘dust’? When tea leaves are broken they lose their important oils and therefore a lot of the taste. And tea without taste is just dirty water. The benifets of tea over these drinks are many, and are the subject of many of our blog posts to come. But some of theme include:

*Healthier Teeth — Especially good for a group who is often ‘too busy’
*Improves Cognitave Function — The answer to the P versus NP problem awaits…
*Prevents Allergies/Eczema — Good for programmers when they do go outside!
*Strengthens Immune System — …And when they do go outside they won’t get sick now!

Objective-Tea is based in Houston, Texas, run by its sole proprietor.
